Terms – Hattrick & the World Cup draw

1. Promoter

The "Hattrick – the chance to win the World Cup trip" promotion is run by PPS Foods AB (Domino's Pizza Sweden) ("Domino's", "we", "us"). By taking part you agree to these terms in full.

2. Who can take part

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of Sweden with a valid registered address.
• Employees of Domino's and affiliated companies, and members of their households, are not eligible to win the prize.
• A valid Swedish passport is required to redeem the prize.

3. How to enter

Every Hattrick purchase gives you one (1) chance in the draw. You can enter in two ways:

1. Buy direct on dominos.se. Order the Hattrick deal (3 medium pizzas and 3 drinks for 333 SEK) online at dominos.se. After purchase we'll email your personal draw-registration link to the address on the order.
2. Buy a Hattrick coupon here. Each coupon costs 333 SEK and represents one Hattrick meal plus one entry in the draw. After payment we'll email the coupon code(s) and registration link(s) to the address you provided.

To be entered into the draw you must click the registration link in the email and confirm your details (name, phone) before the link expires.

4. Hattrick coupon terms

• Validity: Each coupon is valid for six (6) months from the purchase date. After expiry the coupon cannot be redeemed and is not refundable.
• Redemption: The coupon code is redeemed at checkout on dominos.se when placing an online order. Codes cannot be redeemed in store.
• Transferable: The code can be passed to someone else — anyone holding the code can redeem it. You're responsible for protecting the code until it's used. Domino's doesn't replace codes that are lost, stolen, or used by someone else.
• Single use: Each code can be redeemed once. Codes can't be combined with other offers without Domino's express consent.
• Draw entry vs redemption: The draw entry is tied to the registered participant, not the code. If you give the code away and want to keep the chance to win, register the draw link in your own name first.

5. Draw and prize

• Prize: Two (2) tickets to one of Sweden's World Cup matches, including return flights for two (2) people from a Swedish airport and hotel accommodation for the match period. The exact package details will be confirmed with the winner at the time of notification.
• Draw date: The draw takes place after the end of the promotion (date announced on the campaign site). We'll contact the winner by email and phone within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
• If the winner doesn't reply: If the winner has not confirmed receipt within seven (7) days of first contact, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
• Non-transferable: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Force majeure: If the match is cancelled or postponed for reasons outside Domino's control (e.g. FIFA cancellation or Sweden's elimination from the tournament) we reserve the right to offer a reasonable substitute prize of equivalent value.

6. Right of withdrawal

Coupon purchases made through the campaign site are subject to the fourteen (14) day statutory right of withdrawal under Swedish distance-selling law, provided the coupon has not been redeemed. A redeemed coupon counts as a completed service and the right of withdrawal ends for that code. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at the address below quoting your order number.

7. Refunds

When an order is refunded, any unused coupons associated with that order are voided and the related draw chances are removed. Already registered draw entries are only retained after individual review.

8. Personal data

Domino's (data controller) processes the following personal data to run the promotion: email address, name, phone number, possibly IP address and browser information at the time of registration, and — for coupon purchases — payment details via our payment provider Adyen.

• Data necessary to administer purchases and the draw is kept for the duration of the campaign plus twelve (12) months thereafter to handle any questions or complaints.
• Accounting records (receipts, order history) are kept for seven (7) years under Swedish bookkeeping law.
• If you ticked the marketing opt-in box, we'll keep your address until you unsubscribe.

9. Limitation of liability

Domino's is not responsible for lost or delayed emails, problems with networks or the recipient's email client, issues at third parties (payment provider, airlines, hotels, FIFA, the Swedish Football Association or similar), or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, Domino's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount the participant has paid into the campaign.

10. Misuse

We reserve the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the campaign, create fake entries, use bots, or otherwise breach these terms. Clearly fraudulent coupon purchases will not be refunded and the associated draw chances will be voided.

11. Changes

Domino's reserves the right to adjust the terms, period, or content of the campaign where necessary. Material changes will be published on the campaign site and emailed to participants.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are to be resolved first through direct dialogue between the parties. If no resolution is reached, you can bring the matter to the Swedish Consumer Disputes Board (ARN) or the ordinary courts.
